Separate from the Bubbler's official Artist-In-Residence program taking place in libraries and out in the community, the Making Justice Artist-In-Residence series brings a local artist to Dane County Juvenile Detention Center and Dane County Juvenile Court Shelter Home, in addition to our weekly workshop commitment, to offer an intensive series that explores a specific genre.
